Branded workplace wayfinding and environmental graphics for Wise's 31,800 sq ft Asia-Pacific headquarters.
Expertise: Wayfinding Strategy, Environmental Graphics, Mapping + Creative Wise — the global money-movement platform — established its Asia-Pacific service hub in Singapore through a 31,800 square foot workplace designed in line with the company's established office and brand guidelines. The brief was to develop a comprehensive wayfinding and environmental graphics suite that translated Wise's distinctive brand language into the physical environment, supporting both the operational logic of a complex multi-zone workplace and the brand experience of a destination that hosts visiting clients, partners and staff from across the region.
Creative Dialog, in collaboration with Paperspace Asia, developed the wayfinding strategy, environmental graphics, mapping and supergraphics across the floorplate. The system encompasses feature graphics, directional signage, detailed floor maps, identification signs, supergraphics and glass decals — calibrated to convey the Wise story without overwhelming the operational clarity that workplace navigation demands.
The design language carries Wise's signature green at strategic activation points — supergraphics announcing the brand at scale, locker-zone identifications using the brand's iconographic vocabulary, and feature wall installations referencing the multi-currency narrative that sits at the heart of Wise's product story. Directional signage uses dark, recessive forms that step out of the way of the architectural environment while remaining legible at distance. Meeting room identifications are calibrated for both Latin script and the multilingual reality of Wise's regional team.
The result is a workplace environment where the Wise brand is unmistakably present in every space — but where wayfinding clarity is never compromised in service of brand expression.
